Is buying the album Appletree of Discord safe through your site?

Yes. We are offering you two options: buy directly through us or by our retailer CD Baby. CDBaby uses the most powerful privacy systems available - much safer than using your credit card in person, by mail, or by phone. Nobody ever sees your credit card info. It is charged, and immediately erased - never stored on their system at all, while we are using PayPal based shop.

What if I buy directly from you? Will you see my credit card number?

No, we won't. Our shop is PayPal based, therefore we'll never see your credit card info.

I feel uncomfortable with using my credit card online. Can I still buy the album?

Sure. Even though surveys confirm that it’s actually safer to use credit cards online than in a restaurant for example, we absolutely understand Your concern. Our official retailer CDBaby.com offers flexible options to purchase the “Sabbatum” CD. You can place Your order by phone, fax or regular mail.

Should you want to buy from us, you can make a money transfer to our bank account of 21 USD (15.25 EUR) per CD. Shipping expenses are included in this amount. Send us a note to label@neversun.net after the money is transfered or call us on ++386 41 509 514.

How long does it take to get the CD once I buy it?

In the USA, if You get one CD, they send by first class mail. Your CD will arrive in 3-5 days. If you get more than one CD, they send by priority mail. Your CDs will arrive in 2-3 days. You can even have overnight shipping! Outside of the USA, CDBaby uses Global Priority Mail. Sometimes they take only 2 days! Usually, 5-6 days. CDBaby can remove the plastic "jewelbox" around the CD, and send You just the CD and paper artwork if You wish. This saves You not only postage, but usually won't be opened by customs, either.

When buying by us it depends on the post office. If you are in Europe, a couple of days (up to 7).

Why are you offering two options of purchasing?

If you live in Europe, you will definitely get the album quicker when buying from us, while it'll be quicker with CD Baby if you live in US.

The album is damaged. What now?

Albums we ship are brand new and shrink wrapped. We will never ship you defective album. It's not in our interest to sell items in bad shape.

If you get the album with broken case, there's nothing we can do about it. We ship the album in perfect condition in envelopes with cushioning protection. You should contact your post office in this case.

Since albums are shrink wrapped, we cannot check the content. Should the album be defective, send it back and we'll replace it.

Does El Soter have other albums that I can purchase?

This is El Soter's debut album, but the author Blaz Erzetic was previously working on Amateur God project. You may check those albums on Neversun Records' Shop.
